Cancellation Policy
Overview
FlexForm Training is committed to operating fairly and efficiently for all clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect everyone’s time, we enforce the following policies.
24-Hour Cancellation
PolicySessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the session being forfeited.You may cancel via text or email
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your session and fail to notify your trainer, the session will be marked as a no-show and counted as used
Late Arrivals
Sessions will always end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.Late arrivals do not extend the session.
Package Expiration (90 Days)
All session packages must be used within 90 days of the purchase date.Unused sessions after 90 days expire and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Illness, Injury & Extensions
Medical Pause (with verification)If a medical issue or injury lasting 7+ days prevents training:•A one-time extension of up to 30 days may be granted•A signed doctor’s note is requiredExtensions not granted for:•Travel•Work schedule changes•Vacations•Personal conflicts•Failure to book sessions
